Nestled in the foothills of the Cardiff Alps (locally known as the Wenallt and Castle Coch) Muddybum Bikes is ideally placed for some of the best riding that Cardiff has to offer both on and off road. The shop is owned and run by a couple of local boys who have been riding these trails (alongside Wales' best known trails - Afan/Cwmcarn/Brechfa) for the last 20 years. We love bikes. Any bikes (not supermarket copies though!). That means we are more than qualified to offer you some impartial advice on what we have found works (and doesn't!) at the best riding that Wales has to offer. We are by no means the biggest shop. However, we more than make up for this in the amount of bikes and goodies that we are continually shoe-horning into our bulging four walls!! So, come and pay us a visit. We've plenty to see, we'll always greet you with a smile and friendly hello (even if we dont like the look of you!) and we're sure you wont be disappointed!
