All the animals that arrive at our shop have been slaughtered professsionaly and humanely.This results in our animals being stress free, which further improves the product in terms of flavour and tenderness. Premium beef and lamb products have been specifically selected and developed to suit a wide range of menu and catering operations. * Expertly butchered and finished to your exact specifications, ensuring product consistency time and time again . * All our flocks are traditionally farmed, ensuring that the highest levels of animal welfare is achieved . * Our flocks are left to forage and graze naturally from lush heathers and grassy herbs, providing sweet, juicy and tender meat, that you can serve with confidence. All of our meat is sourced as local as possible, obviously not everything is sourced locally as local does not always mean best but it will always be expertly butchered on the premises after an appropriate maturation time.
