The TRIBE TRIBE restaurant is located in the Canton area of Cardiff Wales; the location is accessible to a wide range of people from; students to young professional and families.

The influx of professional Africans to Europe including Wales has brought about the need for this business venture, the amount of churches that are predominantly attended by Africans has increased; most people have nowhere to attend with their partners or Families that cater to their tastes and interest. Making our establishment very welcomed, we will be attracting market.

A European council report gives a figure of 500,000 Africans in the UK but suggests that this is likely to be an underestimate since it does not include irregular migrants or children. Meanwhile, in its continental profile for Africa, the British foreign office states that the African community in the UK has between 800,000 and 3 million members, with a large proportion living in Wales.

A wide range of restaurants already exist in the Welsh capital catering foods from India to China and the continental palette, they are all competing for customers. Our restaurant will appeal to people that have travelled abroad and tried foods from Africa ranging from North to Southern Africa, we will also attract those that wish for alternative food rather than the mundane food they are used to.

TRIBE TRIBE sits up to 60 persons within our establishment. This prototype restaurant is the first of its type ever in Wales, we feature foods from all parts of AFRICA, but will mainly serve West African food, every week we will promote cuisine from a different part of Africa (chef's special), so as to expose and enlighten our family of customers to the fine foods Africans eat. We also offer wines and beers of AFRICAN origin. The menu offers you a hot and mild alternative for those that prefer milder taste.
