Angela Gray
Food writer, food consultant and former chef to the rich and famous, Angela Gray is one of the leading lights on the food scene. Having spent some eight years globe trotting with her chef’s kit, she returned to Wales where she is a well-known TV chef and acclaimed author of several best selling cook-books

Alex Beard
One of Wales rising stars, hot chef Alex Beard is a great all round cook and tutor. Alex trained for four years with the legendary Raymond Blanc at his Michelin Star restaurant ‘Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons’. Since then she has worked in and advised numerous high profile restaurants, Alex has also cooked for HRH the Queen Mother and many other well known celebrities.
