We have a small car park for 4 cars but there is also on street parking. Services Available Rhiwbina Library is a small, friendly, community library offering the full range of services. There are 4 PCs with free public Internet access and a computer for members of the public to search the library catalogue is also available. Baby and Toddler Clap Tap Rhyme sessions are held on the first Tuesday of each month at 10.30- 11.00am Pre-school story time is held every Wednesday at 2.15pm The Jevons Room is available for hire by community groups. The library has 2 informal readers groups for adults. One group meets the first Wednesday of each month at 11am and the second group meets every 6 weeks on Thursday at 7pm. New members are welcome.
