A cultural venue The Library's wall art features the work of artist Neil Canning Living in Wales has inspired his range of colourful, energetic paintings illustrating light and weather on the landscape or the sea. The striking exhibit immediately outside the library entrance was designed by Jean Bernard Metais (open September 2009).
