Canton Library is situated in the middle of the busy shopping area of Cowbridge Road East, midway between the Corporation pub and Canton Police Station, less than 2 minutes walk from Chapter Arts Centre and 10 minutes from Llanover Hall. Although parking is restricted on Library Street there are four car parks within easy walking distance. There are bus stops close by on Cowbridge Road East, and bus numbers 13, 13A, 17, 18 and 60 run to and from the city centre, making the library easily accessible from all areas of the city. Services Available Storytimes are held on Tuesday afternoons at 2.15pm, and encompass a craft activity as well as a story reading. Baby Rhymetime is held at 10.30am on the last Wednesday of the month. Canton Library also has an adult reading group that meets on the third Wednesday of every month at 10.30am. The group read a wide selection of books and would welcome any new members. Please contact the library for more details.
